It wouldn't be too bad if you were able to resize the components a bit; make the unicorn a little smaller and maybe the flame a bit bigger. It still wouldn't be near as good.

Unfortunately, after this patch, I bet the new version of the old FREEE logo will look more gay than the old version of the old logo did.

If there were a tophat at an angle (like the "hat into the ring" propaganda posters/nose art from world war 2), that could be a workable background with the unicorn on its hind legs. It would give it a sort of Broadway musical feel.
