my theory is it must have been a popup menu one of the 1.40 devs were toying around with

some buttons were from other areas of tribes and others didn't exist in the leak that went out

i figured it out generally and used it to create an ingame options popup like my scriptGL popup but w/o scriptGL

but then i never really finished it cause i went to cali and forgot about everything including how to make money and pay bills
