PvP rewards already on the vendors

I noticed yesterday that a lot of the pvp reward armors are already on the Acessories vendor outside of the Officers Hall. You can buy them but you can't use them since you don't have the rank.
 
Yeah I could have told you that, they were in there since the last big patch. Not sure where Horde is, but Alliance has it in Old Town of Stormwind. Looks like Sargeant Major gear, which I think is the 1st rank in the officer tier.
 
I assume that though the items will have identical prices and names the actual textures will be different based upon the class who dons them?

the textures and stats, yes
