because of all the interest you could make on that 60 dollars in two months bro
if you want to wait up to 1 or 2 months, maybe more after release you could probably find a deal that will save you $10 or $20.
not likely there will be any retail preorder sales from now till release though. especially since blizzard is distributing/selling the digital game, they wouldn't let amazon/newegg/whatever undercut that
at the same time, why spend the money now since there's no incentive to preorder (as far as i know)

I'm sure they're well aware of that exploit, and will work to prevent it in higher level stuff
Seems especially useless in higher difficulties unless they make rushing REALLY easy

Blizzard is usually good about this sort of thing though. So if we pre-order and they do eventually add an incentive to do so, all the accounts that have already paid will get the benefit. If anything I can imagine they would add an extra bonus for people who pay before a bonus announcement. Either way, I don't care about glowing Tyrael finger puppets or whatever so I'm preordering my copy today. Although now I kind've wish I could get a glow-in-the-dark Tyrael finger puppet.
