Jesus H Christ, how is this Fraud. It's donations for crying out loud, you give out of your own pocket and don't except much in return. Hell you could buy nothing but porno and booze with the donations and that would be your right seeing as how its donations to do with as you please. Its not like you promise some service or product and don't deliver which IS fraud. In fact doesn't Penny-Arcade basically live off their donation system? Good Christ what a weenie.
 
i dont think this has anything to do with fraud, you werent promising anything, except acess to the site..which is what they have, and unless there's something going on that nobody here knows about, there isnt anyone bitching about what they've recieived for thier money. tell him to go get a real job and quit tellling his wife he's earning his money by fraud detection when he's probably really surfing for porn.

Actually, I don't even promise access to the site. We've banned contributors before. You don't follow the rules, you're subject to removal.
