I have a similar setup, but only 1 keyboard. I use the kvm to switch computers if I need more than a mouse on the server.

I also just built a desk. It is cherry and the drawer front is walnut. I used Danish Oil as the finish to keep the natural look to it. I tried to stay as true as I could to mid century modern styles and building techniques.

I need to figure out a way to stabilize the legs w/o destroying the look as it is a little wobbly when working on it.

also my floor is crooked so I'm using coasters under one of the legs until I think of something better.

I put a philips hue light strip across the back and it provides some cool lighting on the wall.

Very nice! I would spread the anchor points where they attach to the desk. That should firm it up some.

heres how it looks underneath. I was trying to think of what to do...

its a really big desk, 30''x60'' and the bottom of the desk is 34'' high. its a standing desk / i bought a cool barstool for sitting

built a spot in the desk for a power strip so only the 1 wire hanging down keeps it clean too

Oh damn. I thought you made the legs too and could move the rods. Is it flexing the wood or are the legs flexing? If the wood is flexing stiffen that up. Angle iron sandwiched between the legs and top should do it. If not you're boned, but a simple fix would be attaching at least one corner to the wall. I have a small metal L from the top of our headboard to the window frame to stiffen things up in the bedroom. It's completely hidden behind the headboard.

That is a really nice desk bro

I have a lot of cabinets custom built into my house that were done when it was built in the 50's. They are all that style and really beautifully made. I cant bring myself to remodel and tear them out.

It's like Mad Men every day, but without the secretaries

How bad is the seam? And did you build the actual desktop? I want to build something similar but it would be L shaped and have essentially 3 work spaces, but Im not sure its worth the effort when I could probably just build the cabinets and then have some sort of counter top fitted on top.
