There is another method of movement using a beacon. While selecting a disc launcher, you can "Kotz." This involves deploying a beacon while you are travelling on a downward slope. When Kotzing correctly, the Flag-Runner (Capper) often eludes the enemy as he is expecting a different route of travel. Often, the enemy must re-spawn, depending on the mod he/she is playing. The Kotz is usually used by veteran players, as it requires a good understanding of the ski mechanism.
