yeah poway's a bit of a trek

what you should do is pick up the steaks from there for the next day or whatever, and go to el pescador on pearl and have lunch there. one of the freshest/tastiest fish places in the city. i usually got a calamari steak sandwich and a cup of cioppino which was always great

Maybe you should pay more money so some bucktooth Japanese farmer can give an erotic massage to the cow you're going to eat, for a meat who's popularity owes mostly to a brand name (Kobe) and culinary haute-culture.

And then afterwards, if you have money left, fly to South America and try some real beef.
