in 2024 trump WILL be the first candidate to win the popular vote
it's unheard of
no one's thought of winning the election by getting more votes

'Historically strange' spike in incomplete Nevada voter files, casinos as home
Quote:
...She found that in the last presidential election, there were 68 voter registrations missing the critical data. In 2020, it was 13,372...In her affidavit, which has been forwarded to Trump’s team, Morgan said that her findings were just scratching surface.
“Based on the results I have found in the limited time I have had to analyze this dataset, I expect to find additional oddities in the election data as I conduct further analysis,” she wrote...

Total mailed ballots 2020 vs 2016? Seems like an easy first question.

Sidney Powell's team produces another affidavit from an expert confirming fraud.
Story
Direct link to PDF in court filing
But by all means, let's keep pretending there's no evidence.

Kinda seems like you don't know what "hearsay" means.
I agree a bad judge can be problematic for justice, but that's true of any legal matter and it's why we have an appeals process. Even a great judge gets it wrong sometimes.

i read the PDF and while very convincing, the cort will demand proofs
edit- i said "looks like hearsay" so yes, i did not know what the term meant but imagine there is a similar term for "talking out of your ass"

He's an industry expert, has done this type of work for the government before, and even NYT likes him. He made it pretty clear that he has independently analyzed the available data, and would continue to do so if additional data was made available by the court. That's basically the opposite of talking out of your ass.
Also, a signed affidavit is a legal document and a form of proof, where courts are concerned. It is written testimony.

you are preaching to the choir - i want to see what he has to say - that can be substantiated in court. unless that evidence is allowed, it is effectively "talking out of your ass", especially if the court trashes the "case" or whatever that his affidavit was filed in. take your pic of the three:
-fukin normies mate i swear
-fuking repuplicans mate i swear
-fukin honkies mate i swear
