I have reported Tribalwar.com to the FCC.

this is either a joke or someone with a massive cock wedged up his ass.

I'm leaning toward massive cock wedged into said ass

I hope Ryan did an IP ban, but someone was probably doing it from their gf's computer. Not a bad idea actually so she can't see what he's posting.

Obscene speech is not protected by the First Amendment and cannot be broadcast at any time. To be obscene, material must meet a three-prong test:

-An average person, applying contemporary community standards, must find that the material, as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest;
-The material must depict or describe, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct specifically defined by applicable law; and
-The material, taken as a whole, must lack serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.

This website has SO MUCH scientific value. I don't know what the fuck HE was talking about. I still say he gets his ass kicked everyday for being a whiny twat.

Should I bust out my 1st amendment law book and point out all the reasons why the FCC wouldn't give a shit about this?

What a dip shit.

The website isn't being broadcast, therefore it doesn't fall under this.

sadly it would. Every once and a while they use the obscenity laws to go after porn companies that make extreme porn (i.e. depicted rape).

TW doesn't have anythign strong enough to warrant them doing it though and they only try and go after those kind of charges rarely for chritian lobby groups.

Perhaps there are other laws, but I've never heard of the FCC being used to take down rape sites
