yeh there was deff enough time to put the motor down, prime it, then start it and gain enough speed to turn around.

My parents own a boat in a large marina.

Everyone, like everyone, is drunk when they are out boating. Some people never even take the boats out. They buy a big boat then just go sit on it at the dock, bring a cooler and get drunk and smoke weed.
 
I wonder what happened to the people? Driver of the bigger boat was 75, says he was unable to see the other boat because he was sitting down, but his son-in-law threw him under the bus saying he was using his cell phone

One of the people on the boat was an off duty cop and he has injuries to ankle, leg and arm. I think he's the guy in the green hat. He filed a 372,000 lawsuit. The other 2 have hired attorneys and are filing their own claim.

Gramps is gonna pay for this one.
