If I recall correctly, there's some tricky definition differences between the countries that make theirs appear much lower. Kind of like fetal fatality rates. Countries record things differently. The US records a ton and almost all is public.

As a multiple gun owner, including an AR, I'm fairly indifferent when it comes to gun regulation. I'd rather not have to give up my assault rifles, but if they were banned tomorrow, I'd happily comply.
The laughable point people in this thread are trying to lean on are that full auto guns are illegal and blah blah he shouldn't have had them.
Anyone with basic gun knowledge knows you can turn 90% of semi auto rifles into a full auto rifle for $50. It takes about 15 minutes.
If you're going to defend your 2nd amendment stance, which is fine, at least be honest in that stance ffs.

I think the biggest mistake is assuming liberals can be reasoned with. That isn't their goal.
