I just did it tonight without the use of summoning.
I am a level 30 Warlock and swam/flew the whole ocean between the desert island and newb island. I kept using my health to stamina spell and my heal spell. It was worth it to walk around the newbies and see them shit a brick. Anyone else get across with or without summoning?
