SAN FRANCISCO — Four people were shot Saturday night in a parking lot in San Francisco’s Western Addition, according to authorities.
The shooting was reported in a business parking lot at Fillmore St. and Golden Gate Avenue at 11:36 p.m. Saturday, according to San Francisco police Officer Robert Rueca.
Of the four victims, one person had life-threatening injuries while the three others also went to the hospital but were expected to survive.
“We don’t believe this was a random act, and it appears the victims were targeted,” Rueca said.
Police do not have anyone in custody and did not provide information about any suspects Sunday.
Rueca said police do not believe the shooting is connected to the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival, which was held at Golden Gate Park this weekend.
