Scotch Bonnet sauce is delicious. Heat scale is really dependent on the user. Some people find jalapenos hot, I find them extremely mild. I drink tabasco sauce for breakfast sometimes just to wake me up and give me a mild kick.

Scotch bonnets are apparently the 2nd hottest pepper in the world after ghost peppers on the kelvin scale, though I personally find them delicious. Putting one in a soup while it cooks or in a roast while it broils I find adds so much flavour to soup and sauce (though I usually do not pierce the actual peppers themselves, just let the peppers permeate into whatever I am cooking (and again I use scotch bonnet bottled sauce which is much milder IMO than the peppers itself if I am eating a burger or something else that is pre-packaged...)

Tabasco Green Pepper sauce I find quite nice too though incredibly mild. Usually I mix something else with it though it does have nice flavour.

Apparently in America "ketchup" was this stuff for most of it's history, and only became tomao based in the 1900s. Everyone who buys this loves it. Seems like people use it for beef based dishes and also in soups and stews.
I ordered this. $13 for one bottle.

Dave's Insanity or similar is good in soup and pasta (a couple drops). Otherwise it's all burn which masks the flavor of the food.

Making hot sauce is fun but just making something hot for the sake of being hot is stupid. I think it is good having a number of sauces with different types of flavor.

This guy at work wants me to take a bite out of a Carolina Reaper because in the past I gnawed on a habanero and made somewhat of an ass out of myself. And again with some super hot 387 sauce or something. I didn't like those two instances and I won't do that to myself again. If I swallowed that habanero I probably would have thrown up.

I'm a ***** I admit it. Can't handle that kind of heat.
