yes, but how do you know thier health is decreasing? the health bar only shows up if you are aiming right at them, but if you are aiming right at them, the chain won't.....nevermind

that's how i play it, just check it every few seconds or so
 
Well generally, at closer range, aim slightly higher and to the left of target,
at longer ranges, hope you have some help.
