I don't think the T2 pubs have ever been "good." Of course, a "good pub" in my mind goes back to the heyday of the s3 Donut :]

If you want to experience decent public play, I'd go to a pickup. Pubs are awful.

Yea, but they've certainly been BETTER than they are right now. My point is that right now, they're simply the worst ever. It's rock bottom as far as I'm concerned. Also pickups are very hit and miss, and lately they're shitty too, mostly because they're run by idiots more concerned with those stupid contests and prizes and shit. Maxies Pad is NOT a good server connection wise additionally.

It's very very hard for anyone to pick up t2 right now and enjoy it because the most accessible way of playing is so very god awful at the moment. It's really sad.

The only times our server has been decent the past few months is when we can convince enough guys to get in to have at least 5 of us on each team.
