How it works:
No more waiting for items in EVE.
Now all one has to do in order to receive or deliver the goods safely is to place a dedicated Escrow for the player.
The seller selects all the items he has to deliver.
The seller places all the items on escrow mentioning the buyer's name. (This way noone but the buyer can claim that escrow)
Once the escrow is listed, the buyer can see it by docking to any station and selecting the station tab missions/escrow
The escrow can the be seen by selecting "show all escrow" and then sorting the list by the type of escrow (he will see a list of items marked as "available for all" and the escrow available to him)
Once there, he can inspect all the items and claim the Escrow wherever he might be (so there is no need for him to travel at that time to claim the escrow)
Once claimed, all the items in escrow will be placed in buyer's hangar so he can pick the items when he pleases.
