You bunch in as tightly as possible with everyone else until you hear the shooting stop for a reload, then get up and run like hell. As soon as it starts again do the same again and bunch and repeat.

Eh, don't care about the race as much as the reason and who he was.

But who would shoot down onto a country music festival? That would suggest he's not right-wing in the least.

Although none of it really matters. It's a disgusting and cowardly act. Any real man would do that vs the cons in Congress or other government entities, not an unsuspecting and unarmed crowd from on top of a building.

The gunman, 64-year-old Stephen Paddock, was firing from the 32nd floor of the nearby Mandalay Bay hotel, Lombardo said. Paddock was eventually killed by police.

The sheriff also said authorities think they have found Marilou Danley, the woman believed to be traveling with the suspect.

Police don't believe there are any more shooters. "Right now, we believe it's a sole actor, a lone-wolf-type actor," the sheriff said.

Before being shot. Police state he screamed!
"Puerto Rico is not a state"

seems like terrible advice for someone who is probably going to aim at groups, rather than stragglers, to ensure a higher body count
