so i have a trace elliot bass combo thats buzzing when i turn it on. im assuming its a ground issue but i could be wrong. does anyone here do theyre own maintenance on theyre gear? idk where to start with this so any help would be appreciated.
Is it solid state? If so, take it in to a shop and have a tech look at it. Replacing tubes is pretty easy, but if it's a transformer or something electrical I'd let a pro handle it.
