if u set scriptGL latency to higher numbers it slows down the scriptGL refreshes and affects FPS less

60 is what i use, even 100 is cool - thats still 10 refreshes per second, should be enough for most huds and doesn't hit FPS that much

apparently thats what ive been using for the bins config, runs fine
 
as u kno i never really finish anything but

when i get the bins config release-worthy i'll take a look back at that shit and see if anything in my notes was anywhere near close
