It's not all that surprising. As a bird it's slower than you'd expect it to be and it crashes randomly.

I had one living in my backyard for a while, have some nice photos of it. When I first moved in I would find skeletons of mice + baby possums randomly impaled on a shrub out the back and I was like WTF? Did Anubis & Amadeus used to live here or something?

A recent expedition also spotted something that they were going to name after the HPC, but upon closer inspection turned out to be your mom.
