He is not going to do anything with the money for you.
You are essentially asking him to do 'criminal' behavior
such as your 'borderdevils' helping offensively illegal acts
I know some don't see it that way
but i think it could be proven with our laws given the right political voice

I mean if you gave this money to Cael [ who imo didn't win the bet, because he never agreed to any terms in the first place......he/she/it just threw out numbers like the rest of us (who Flash would also owe) ]......then it would be a form of terrorism under the Patriot Act banking provision.
I mean he is telling you to do illegal things with your money. Things that violate Federal immigration law. That would make what you are doing illegal as well. Ipso facto your entire banking account now up for grabs along with anything attached to it.
I don't make these rules the Gov. does.
Only way forward is you will have to ask Cael for his personal address, not a PO BOX, and send him a personal check with COVID-19 BET in the memo section.
