[Mega] MAGA Super Trump Mega Thread

Trump should seek bipartisan support for an Anti-gun violence act, that makes it a crime to glorify murder using guns. Some video games will go (courts have already ruled that a soldier carrying out lawful orders with guns are not considered having committed murder so those can stay), but so must gangsta rap.

no, I am demonstrating absurdity by being absurd. The left say that guns are the problem (they aren't), but unless we can get them to admit the real issue is the dumb fucks who are evil we cannot make any progress. What makes these nuts so desensitized to gun violence? WHat makes them have such low value of life?

Guns have been around for 200 years. School shootings were not really a thing until Columbine, and for the most part each offender has clearly not been right in the head.

This starts with how these kids were raised.

If I cant tell you are being sarcastic, neither can people like Belial. Perpetuating these idiotic stereotypes that are nowhere near as prevalent as people seem to think. Such small fucking portions of our population on each side of the divide have come to represent the whole. Ludicrous.

the point of the song is that the Sheriff was out to get him and he defended himself. He feels badly, and is saying he only shot the Sheriff and if he is guilty he would pay. Another point you miss is that the story is about a man being in a bad position because of a harassing cop. While I think this song promotes gun violence about as much as "Ode to Billie Joe" promotes suicide by bridge jumping, I do see your point that it is a slippery slope. It is all about intent and messaging.

If you don't get it, then you are blind and a part of the problem. I do not want anyone taking my guns but I do admit there is a problem...it is society, not me and the other millions of legal gun owners. Address the real issue...assault rifles ain't it.
 
So someone tell me what would be wrong with this idea...
The idea: Have DACA immigrants pay for the wall in exchange for citizenship.

Looking over the immigration bill, there are apparently 1.8 million DACA or DACA-like recipients, and Trump wants $25 billion for the wall.
$25B / 1.8M = $14,000

On the surface, it sounds offensive to make them pay for citizenship. But practically speaking $14,000 is nothing. They would easily spend more than that on an immigration lawyer.
By doing this, Mexico is effectively "paying" for the wall since DACA's are mostly Mexican. (Or at least, the US taxpayer doesn't have to pay for it.)

Obviously, not all DACA's are working age. But I'm sure there is a solution for that somewhere.
