I was surprised at how good the interaction between the officers is before everything goes to shit. Very realistic and close to how actual officers talk in muster/in the car. Obviously once they start killing people it isn't but the first 20 mins is great
 
Bright was a better than expected. I would watch a Bright 2 if they make it.

At first I wasn't sure, I thought... oh we're doing that thing are we? But it wasn't that at all.

the book is good but i might actually like the show better

the end of ep6 with the More Human Than Human cover holy.fuck.

i literally scoured the fuckin net for that song but all they have is the 2minute theatrical version so i had to rip it from soundcloud

that bitch needs to release the full version asafp

I'm only 3 episodes into the show...but I would always say read the book! The book is nearly always better

personally I love book 3 in that series (Woken Furies) the most by far...and to get there you need to start with reading AC :d get to it
 
dang i only read the first one a few years ago and it didnt really stick with me but im really enjoying the show :/
 
there's a character in book 3 who has "Don't fucking miss" shaved into the back of her hair :rofl: gg

Fuck you. Books were solid, with a weird interaltion between the three novels much like Enders game >> Rest of the books. Same character, same universe, just different kind of story.

im just shocked that it got picked up for a show, given that its fairly ambitious. that being said im very impressed with netflix adaptation.
