In that stores where you can go in and order shots from behind plexiglass that you can only drink outside are probably not the greatest addition to public safety and decency, yes. Or at the very least, such establishments should not legally qualify as restaurants.

They should have done something when the first one opened and changed the laws at that point. How long has this been going on?

They do seem like the type of business that should be shut down, obviously aren't going to have a positive influence in a neighborhood.

So - let me get this straight.

They are going to make store owners remove their legal bullet proof glass in their legal business which the city gave them a license to operate. This will result in the employees getting shot and killed. This will make the store owners and operators live in fear. They will leave out of fear of violence and death.

This is terrorism, right?
