Slippers

I know its a bit of a hot button issue around here, but lets talk about slippers

Recommend some awesome comfy slippers that are also a bit breathable so your feet don't sweat. Ideally that can be purchased online. I've had some memory foam ones that were from Walmart or Target or whatever, but nothing special and they fell apart after like 1 winter of light use. Also feet seem to get too hot in most slippers after like 5 minutes

I have a cheap china knock off of those Minnetonka slippers. Believe it or not, Laurie makes me wear them around the house. Why? She claims the alcohol goes into the floor after I drink beer and it smells up the house. I have socks on when I wear them. Makes it easier to get them on and off. She yells at me if I don't have my slippers on, even if I haven't drank for a week. I can understand the alcohol coming out of the pores for a day, but she swears it's always there. Whatever, probably keeps the floors cleaner if I'm wearing slippers with socks on.

You know, there are people here who would take her out for free. All you have to do is ask.

For winter I go with thick socks and short ugg boots. The socks reduce the smell.
 
i wear double leather soled minnetonkas

they have flannel not fleece inside so they're not unbearably hot
 
I have a pair of UGG slippers I got on sale - they are awesome. But if you are looking for breathable I'm thinking you don't want something all fleeced out like that. I wouldn't give them the thumbs up for sweaty onion feet.

^^^ This too, but what was said up above. I wear socks and slippers. If you have tile floor will be better on the feet, plus your floors will stay cleaner. The only thing with the slippers is taking them off when going outside, then putting them back on again. It becomes a PITA if you want the slippers to stay clean.
