BP this morning is 115/68. Not sure I need these pills any more but i'll take them for another month until I next see the cardio.

4' 10", 238lbs and 4% bodyfat. Or something.

I am 5'8" and bounce around 175lbs. Earlier in the year, I weighed the most ever, bouncing between 190 and 195lbs. Since getting on the keto diet, i have lost the extra weight and have managed to keep it down. Mind you, that was the first and only diet i have ever been on. lol.
