good 2 see my thread have many contents posted 2 it



i m back in gym the last 3 weeks after months of deploring myself at bars with pints of guiness and only exercise is playing golf LOL

feels good 2 be sore as fuk again and back eating chiken rice brussl sprout

6 meals 6x a day@ 600 calories apiece. only true formula to gaining mass!
