might be eye-opening for some of you


cliffs: strength is better for health (longevity) than cardio, and other fun stuff

really good video

first guy needed a dark jacket
2nd guy needed to learn how to tie a real knot

third guy looks like billy zane so sexy

I liked his diet advice the most. single ingredient foods being the way to start dieting, the explanation of satiety vs palatable foods and how addiction is a factor

I don't really retain some of the exercise science but I like to hear someone who captures a subject talk about what I'm doing or planning on doing.

pretty sure he hit on that girl at the end

If nothing else, cardio is better than being a fat blob on the couch.

Every time I get working on strength and start making progress I get distracted by some cardio-focused goal. I hope to buy a squat rack for home soon so I'll actually stick with it. (any suggestions?)
