this thing is fukn awesome i want 1 but it wouldnt do me much good in the city :/

In many states that now require a title but didn't when the vehicle was originally purchased, require only a bill of sale and a valid VIN to get the title.
e.g., I bought an untitled Baja scooter in Florida, and only paid the regular transfer title fee, which is considerably lower than an original title, now that titles are required. I think I saved $170 IIRC.
