Asinine quote, I've seen it on Facebook a lot lately. If you are really suggesting that its ok that a future president in this country has cheated his way out of paying taxes, then you need to give your head a shake. Obama is doing nothing more with "my money" (the money I actually DID pay in taxes, and Romney did not) than any past president has, so its not even a valid argument. I don't care for a lot of Obama's policies, and I would not vote for him, but I would ACTIVELY CAMPAIGN AGAINST any man who cheated his way out of paying taxes and then thought he could become president.
I mean honestly, if Obama released a tax return that showed he had cheated his way out of paying millions, and then used amnesty programs to wash it all away, you would most certainly not be saying "I'm supposed to be more angry about what Obama does with HIS money than what Mitt Romney will do with mine". You would be calling for an impeachment.

What's so strange is that Bush decimated our money and Romney is promising to do it again.
Strange... and immaterial. He's an exceptionally ****ty candidate against a complete natural.

Yep, the talking points out of the right have become more and more shrill and whiny the last month or so, and I predict it will get worse before the end. They have a losing candidate and they know it. Expect to see a lot more insubstantial arguments from them soon, such as but but but muslim nigerian birth certificate socialist communist terrorist.

I've never seen someone so uncomfortable in jeans. Pretty sure he never put a pair on before becoming a politician.

So let me get this straight. We don't want someone as president who, on the negative side, probably used every loophole possible and stretched the limits of said loopholes (although the term cheating is probably a bit excessive since the IRS DOES ACTUALLY SEE THE tax returns and would respond accordingly) and on the positive side is very good with money. Instead we want someone as president who is bad with money and who is doing the same "that any past president has"?
Got it.
I just don't see either one as someone I would jump through a fire for so I think I will focus more on congress.

buddy, Obama printed more money than Bush did in 8 years in just a couple of months
are all liberals this ignorant?
if you were really a non-partisan you wouldn't be seeing sides, you'd see each president coming in sequence doing a worse job than the one before him... your focus is almost solely on delivery of speech.

more people should consider the fact that the IRS is actually as illegal as the fed, which is besides the point though. Both presidents get away with doing illegal things. If anything you should vote Romney because the banks are prepared to do more for him than Obama should he get voted in.
non withstanding, the long term situation has already been decided (bankruptcy)

We don't really know what he did.

Beyond the issue of the IRS's enforcement budget and Mitt Romney's legal team, what he is probably hiding is that he took advantage of the IRS amnesty offered to tax cheaters in Switzerland. In fairness, even if he didn't cheat it would be the prudent move, but it's going to look very bad.

At the expense of his employees, aka normal Americans, aka voters.

Any competent president. Not Bush, for instance.
Now you got it.

I wouldn't jump through a fire for Obama or donate a nickel to a Democrat, but Mitt is a disaster waiting to happen again. They aren't equivalent.
