I would say I'm a pretty care-free person. I generally don't let things bother me...

The other day my fiancee thought she lost her engagement ring down the drain. I was totally cool... obviously I was worried, but in most scenarios I'm just like "well, what can ya do?" so I end up just being calm and rational.
(she found it soon thereafter).
wow what a great story of overcoming adversity and keeping your wits about you in the toughest of circumstances

I'm ****ting water for a day or two before a major event. Have been since I was 13.

My sleep schedule sucks donkey dick but that's by choice. I could go to sleep right now if I wanted to, but **** sleep.

relax

get laid

get out and enjoy doing something

...and some of those things you're taking could be aggravating some of those symptoms.

**** them both. I've only had like 2 hemorrhoid breakouts in my life, but I'm getting over one right now and it's the worst I've had. It felt like my ass was simultaneously on fire and falling out.

Kanker sores happen much more often and make it difficult to talk and eat on occasion.
I know the cure for Canker sores. It's a common household spice. Cures them in 5-10 minutes.

Never had the Hemms. Because I don't sit on the pot more than a minute.

Ulcers are usually from bacterial microbes. Quit eating garbage and they will go away. Also, women are the carriers. Avoid women and you'll never get ulcers.

The first two do not sound like stress-related ailments. They have more to do with being overweight.

I was pretty stressed out in my last year and a half of ME school (which I think is where you're at by now). Looking back on it, I wasn't really stressed.

At every stage in my life, I realize how easy I had it before.

I guess you could try weed.
