It's pretty rare that I enter the middle aisles when I go shopping, and I'm at the store several times a week. I buy fresh meat and fruit/veg. I don't really buy anything that comes in cans... maybe some stock but i usually buy that in a carton.

How can you not buy canned tuna? I ****ing love canned tuna. I'd prefer fresh for tuna salad but that gets pricey.

Hmm, Lemon I'm not disagreeing with you that chicken comes in a can, it obviously does (or this is an ace troll, particularly the whole fat-soaked chicken popping it's arse out of the can) but in the UK it's not 'always beside the tuna' - nor (if we get it here) is it obvious or well advertised. I am aware of what my family and friends eat, and never has canned chicken been mentioned once - not even amongst the two ****s I know that eat stupid things after the gym (that popped into my head when stupid food was mentioned - one of the dickheads, that I actually struggle to call my friend - he's not being invited ot my wedding, just eats molasses and some paste thing and protein shakes as well as veg out of cans, and even he's never mentioned it. He is dregs, but he buys a round so he is not marginalised much to my disgust).

Tbh Obi, either flaky or diced sounds pretty brutal, I can't say I'd have a preference.

Also, yes, not buying tuna is weird. Tuna ftw.

Sounds awful. I don't think this exists in Canada, or at least not that I've seen (although you can *can* anything so it makes sense). It must live next to the Spam and Poreef.

Canned chicken is actually pretty good. I never add anything to it because when it comes out it's like eating salt almost. I usually rinse it after I've drained it to help take that away. If I ever add anything, it's usually pepper or a little bit of mayo.

Also, you can make some kind of chicken salad with it and it'll be good for a sammich. It's just easy.
