Hey TW, it's been a very long time.
I wanted to pass along some sad news, that I only just thought to post. I was only ever barely a member here at TW - mostly a lurker - and haven't actually come to the site in several years.
I joined the community to some extent through my very good friend IRL gabe. I know that a lot of the people on the forum knew him, and on a whim I checked out the site today to see when the last time he had posted was. I guess he had still remained somewhat active over the last few years, so I thought there might be people on the site who would want to know that he passed away last month at the age of 26 from an accidental overdose.
It's been several weeks since he died, so it is unfortunately well past the time to post funeral arrangements, but I thought there might be people still on the forum that would want to know of his death. I'm pasting the obituary below from the Charleston Gazette:

Toby Jon Buel Jr., 26, of Cross Lanes passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 8, 2011 Our beautiful son went home to be with God. We are crying for ourselves, while we know he is safe and cared for in the arms of Jesus. We will see him again when we depart this world. Please remember Toby as a truly good and kind person. He had compassion for people who were less fortunate than himself. He was never content, he always pushed for bettering the lives of others around him. Toby will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. Toby was born in St. Petersburg, Fla., son of Toby and Tamara Knox Buel Sr. of Cross Lanes. He was a member of Cross Lanes Baptist Church. He was a 2003 graduate of Nitro High School, 2007 graduate of West Virginia University with an undergraduate degree in political science and a 2010 graduate of WVU College of Law with JD and MBA degrees. He practiced law in Charleston. In addition to his devoted parents, he is survived by his brother, Sean Michael Buel; and sister, Rachel Kathleen Buel.
