giants played a bizarro game today

Giants beat Nats 2-1. Giants first team in live ball era to post 9+ walks, 3+ hit batters and allow less than 2 runs in a game.

Sanchez is hard to watch when he is like this.
ESPN has an article up where they analyzed all of the pitches this year and where the catcher setup versus where the pitch wound up. Sanchez was the 3rd worst in all of baseball at hitting his target behind 2 knuckleballers...

on the giants tv feed after the 2nd inning righetti & bochy had enough. as sanchez walked into dugout, righetti herded sanchez into hallway before bochy could get at him. looked liked bochy wanted to ****ing murder him.
i know i did. definitely wasn't expecting a hr by backup catcher & a bases loaded walk to hold up

This Reds Marlins game is unreal. The Bullpens did some major league bedwetting in this game.

lol synth
NooB is a serious Sawx fan, so you could probably package up a deal to your favor with Lester
Brews is just nuts - I think he sent me an offer of Delmon Young, B.J. Upton, Adam Dunn and Brett Anderson for Pujols, Johnson and Gonzalez. Apparently, Delmon Young was the "wildcard" that was supposed to entice me into accepting. I don't understand why people think they can trade for keepers (not one, but TWO) without giving up anything remotely resembling a keeper.

after losing to the ****ing nats (sigh),
giants players (huff, wilson, burrell, couple others) decide to get drunk, go to capitals playoff game, and heckle the **** out of caps fans lol
Quote:

While in general they didn't do anything real crazy, there were some great heckling moments, most notably when a fan in the box next to them yelled at the ice, "This game is so boring I'd rather watch the Nationals beat the hell out of a crappy team," which instantly illicited a litany of responses from the Giants box with Brian Wilson loudly yelling, "Why don't you turn around and say that you ****ing *****?" and Aubrey Huff spending the rest of the period, if not the game, just basically **** talking the Caps everytime something good happened for the Lightning.

It was just a stomach virus that Scott Downs was passing around the clubhouse.
IMO it's better this way, now Weaver will pitch against the Red Sox who are clearly in the Angels head. Boston nearly dodged him TWICE in two, four-game series.
