but perpetrated by media, politicians, and everyone who only looks at those sources

it's futile to think correcting TWers will amount to anything
we'll see a resurgence in anti nuke paranoia that was finally beginning to dissipate

This is with the reactor vessel this time. Radioactive water may have leaked from the damaged pool. TEPCO staff being evacuated.

Suppression pool, from what I can tell, part of the pressure regulation system within the reactor vessel itself, and is exposed to direct radiation from the reactor core.

It's not good.

Exactly. If this thing is leaking, it's leaking radioactive elements.

More like...prior to the accident. In the event that power is knocked out and generators are unavailable (ie now) you just pull a lever and you get water thanks to gravity.
