you know how the sibling rivalry goes down, if you are all anal about the couch he probably sleeps on it just to piss you off!
my brother told me to fuck off forever on Friday night, after he phoned and woke me up at 3am, desperate for a lift home from the middle of nowhere because he fucked up and passed out drunk on his train home from London
because i had just woken up and was still in sleepy mode i told him i couldn't help, then he started shouting at me so i hung up
i couldn't go back to sleep anyway so turned my phone back on to get the 'fuck off forever' message, then spoke to him and said i'd come and get him but it turned out he'd already convinced a mutual friend to make the 2 hour drive
you brother sounds like a fuckup but in my experience it is always the younger brothers fault

My little brother is scheduled to appear in supreme court this week for "manufacturing" ie being caught with a pill press and a big ass bag of product.
He gypped me 7 grand on a car that I gave to his ex because he was going to buy them a 1500 buck shitmobile to carry his son around in. I'm on good terms with his ex and she looked after my mother when she was sick so I let her keep the car, it's the best she's had and she loves it.
He gained access to my dumbass mothers bank accounts and emptied them into his veins to the tune of somewhere between a quarter mil and 3/4 mil depending on how stung she is when telling the tale. It's hard to know where the truth is in this case for reasons that I'll not go into here.
He has 3 kids with as many women and he pays fuck all to any of them. I buy his son (the car owning one) presents for his birthday and christmas because his dad just ignores him. He's a really good kid too - has learning difficulties that aren't just bung on ADD BS and he's really doing well.
I hope he goes away for a good long while. It probably won't help him but it will certainly save humanity in general a bit of grief while he's locked up.
