This is my first year growing tabascos and I'm a bit concerned that my still-green peppers aren't going to ripen by summer's end. I've read differing reports online of how many days they take to go from seedling to ripe, some as many as 140! Anyone ever try these out and have a clue? It's starting to get cold here, will this slow the pepper's ripening?

depending on how many you have, you can grow them indoors by a window to finish them up if it gets too cold outside, if you can pull them and get them going in a little pot on your window, or somewhere with good amounts of light. just dont forget to actually water them.
