Girl hits another girl while crossing the street, drives off, people catch up to her

Yeah I'm surprised they didn't beat her up or something. But yeah, she's definitely drunk but I think in shock too, so that doesn't help her being coherent.
 
no one knows if the girl jumped in front of her car cuz she was drunk too. sure, the driver was drunk but she may not have swerved into her in her own drunken state, it may have been more of a case of the guys GF drunkenly wandering into the street. no telling?

she was drunk driving and that's all there is to it. so it's her fault.

He's clearly furious about the whole thing, but trying to moderate himself (since he looked on the brink of punching someone a number of times) The contradictory sounding statements he was making are most likely due to conflicting emotions (i.e. wanting to beat the shit out of the suspect and trying to exercise restraint because the suspect is a girl, the incident is being filmed and he's in the middle of calling the police)

First thing I thought was the guy was close to losing it but was doing a commendable job of not donkey punching the girl who is clearly out of it but I kind of question his chasing the girl down and leaving his girlfriend.

It was def a gut level reaction but if it was me I cant say I would have done the same. I would have been so freaked out it wouldnt have crossed my mind to chase the bitch down until I knew my gf was ok or at least alive. If it was my best friend and I was with a bunch of friends who said "We got him/her (calling 911 etc..) go get the fucker!" then yeah.

Sort of seems like his reaction was "this bitch just hit/run my gf , Imma gonna get them!" than "my gf might be dead".

the girl who was driving drunk is still at fault, and really shouldn't have been driving that fast next to a sidewalk filled with drunk/stoned club goers, and DEFINITELY should've stopped.
