So in t2 there was an ability to sorta of change the server loading screen, can this be done in T:V also, and how would you go about that?

First off my video card isn't good enough to show the bullets in the game, but it shows their explosions, the only one it shows is the burner.... now I want to know where I can find where T:V sets these things so I can change them all the to the burner bullets that way I can see the bullets when...

[Bug] No Bullets I am sure someone has already posted something about this and someone has given a solution, I search but was unsuccessful in finding a previous post. When I play Tribes Vengeance, I can't see my bullets. I shoot then I see the explosion... I don't see the in between, I figure...
