    [T2] UberFlagSounds

    I've noticed sometimes when using UberFlagSounds I hear no flag sounds at all. Seems to happen only in Tournament mode. Just wondering if this is a known problem and if there's possibly a fix. Also, no flag sounds are heard on demo play back.
