Best way to cook stuffed chicken breast
Bought some stuffed chicken breast (cordon bleu) type things from the deli. They're also coated with a thin cornmeal type thing. They're pretty thick since they're stuffed, like 3 inches or something. Whats the best way to cook these?

Some recipes I googled say like 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or 375 degrees...always around that. But I've done that in the past and it comes out pretty dry.

What should I do TW chefs? any tips? maybe wrap them in foil to keep in moisture?

Would grilling them work well? If so high or low heat, long or short time?

Sounds like they are in too long at too low of a temp - I would prefer like 400 for maybe 30 mins?

Hard to tell without seeing them though.

Alternatively you can also cook medium-high heat in a cast iron to get a really nice crust.

let them sit at room temp for 30 minutes

pan sear both sides in a lil bit of olive oil and a dab of butter in a metal pan at medium high heat then put the pan in the oven for 20 minutes at 375

let them rest on the side for atleast 5 minutes before eating

if you dont have a solid metal pan that you can shove in the oven

you can take a cookie sheet pan and let it heat up in the oven while its pre-heating

brown the chicken in whatever frying pan you have and finish them on the cookie sheet in the oven

Prepare chicken for stuffing.(You can either, slice 2 thick chicken breasts in half and make 4, or beat 4 chicken breast until thin and wide.).
Cook spinach in garlic and oil on top of stove until done.
Add in feta cheese and mix well. (You can add as much as you like. I LOVE feta cheese!).
Distribute spinach mixture onto each chicken breast. (You may have some leftover).
Wrap chicken around mixture (kinda like a taco) and secure with a toothpick.
Roll each breast in bread crumbs until well coated.
Place in glass baking dish and pour butter over them.
Cook for 30 minutes and serve.
