I get stressed over work/school, but nothing that leads to physical symptoms.

I would say I'm a pretty care-free person. I generally don't let things bother me...

The other day my fiancee thought she lost her engagement ring down the drain. I was totally cool... obviously I was worried, but in most scenarios I'm just like "well, what can ya do?" so I end up just being calm and rational.
(she found it soon thereafter).

just going with the flow helps your flow go***8230;ya know?

skysnipe 04-27-2012 14:24

I just smoke weed until I can't feel feelings anymore.

That usually helps.

I honestly have had pretty bad anxiety problems in the past and they come and go, sometimes they manifest physically.

Don't believe I've had an ulcer in years though, thats no fun.

Glytch 04-27-2012 14:40

I am an extremely laid back person and hardly ever get rattled. I get comments from coworkers about being this way, especially form my subordinates. Comparatively, a peer manager has the nickname "Twitch". Everything with him is urgent and high priority. No one takes the guy seriously. When I get upset, people take notice.

That being said, I bite my nails when I'm bothered so I guess that's a physical manifestation.

Playalistic 04-27-2012 14:43

I termed my terms, and am in the market for new ones.

Anyone got a coupon/referral link?

Whoop 04-27-2012 14:54

Black Urban Growers (BUGs)

Stress has caused sleeping problems, physical body pains, and head aches in the past. Now I have sleeping issues every once in a while, but I've mostly gotten my stress under control.
