Playing perfect odds (not counting) in BJ is basically like flipping a coin. In theory one should break even, but there are streaks.

Craps is a joke because all the people working the table expect tips on every throw. A computer app on your phone would help in terms of learning how to bet. Craps is more about they cheering when a hot shooter gets on a roll.

It's amazing how long this has endured. I'll be back there in November for a "rematch" with Glare and maybe a bit of poker, if I can still see the cards through my swollen eyes, etc.....................
 
The only reason I ever walk into a casino is because I'm getting paid to work on their stuff.

To this day I have no idea what the appeal of them are... zero. None. I just don't get it.

I think I would rather do almost anything else than to be in one... watching my money go down the drain as I drink or eat something that costs four or five times what I pay for it anywhere else.

If you're winning then it's entertaining and fun. One time I didn't hit shit and that's where I learned the drink game sitting at a slot machine and the lady comes by asking if I want a drink. I say sure, Long Island Ice Tea. It was top shelf, not the cheap well stuff. I had a few of them and at least I got a buzz. The next time I went I won $100 on a penny video poker machine messing around waiting for the cocktail waitress. I was hitting a bunch of jackpots and raising my bet to max credits which was $2 a spin. But on my last trip it totally sucked again. I was slow playing the same video slot machine for the drinks and the cocktail waitress didn't come back to me after I had 2. It's like the eyes in the sky were telling her to stay away.

I can go gambling right now at the Hard Rock Hollywood FL (where Nicole Simpson died, Dolphins stadium is named after this place) and they have video poker. But the machines are tight and it's just putting your money in the machine with barely any jackpots. I haven't been back to the Hard Rock for a long time.
