Those huts are super dry.

The beaver hut would survive storms, flood waters and even a bear bouncing on top trying to get in. The human hut would fall over if someone inside farted.

actually, those huts are pretty sturdy.

i saw these beach nomads living in such a hut NEXT TO THE OCEAN and they hold against storms.
