Some of you use this in the TWIP threads. Did a bit of searching and was not able to find a suitable Vector image of Pedobear Drooling.
For those that do not know. Vector images in Adobe Illustrator can be scaled big or small with virtually no loss in quality.
Used CS5
The Illustrator .EPS file link is HERE which can be opened in Illustrator and scaled to your needs/edits. You can then re-save the EPS file, or do a file save for web and devices and export it to the format of your choice.
Additionally you can open the EPS file with photoshop but it looks as if it opens it as a graphic. It scales well, but produces Jagged edges because it's not resizing like a vector should. If anyone can shed some light on how to do that feel free. I won't pretend to be an expert by any means. It does scale well however in any case as an import.
