I have no problem when police shoot dogs.

There is more to this story then the one-sided perspective presented here.

The police don't show up with the SWAT to answer a by-law complaint.

He refused to comply with any request or instruction given him and he threatened the initial officers with physical hard including putting the dog on them... hence the escalation to the SWAT showing up. He then released the dog and ... they shot it.

Cry me a fucking river.

Next time... don't let your dog crap on the neighbors lawn, refuse to clean up after it and threaten to kill the neighbors pets in retaliation.

The officer that ordered the shooting and the officer that put his dumbassfinger to the trigger should serve the same time a civ would in jail.
