Two big main things:

Mars mission in 2022 for cargo / testing etc. Manned mission in 2024. (2 year orbit cycle. So if timeline slips it will be 24 / 26. And he does tend to miss deadlines).

Sub orbital flights for transit. i.e New York to Shanghai in 30 min. Basically any two points on earth in about 30 min or less.
