If we didn't have a government subsidized health care system, then I wouldn't care if people were morbidly obese.

When I was a kid my mom (German) used to cook veggies until they were almost mush. I pretty much only eat raw veggies now not even steamed. Obvious exception on stuff like green beans, corn, asparagus etc

I know a friend since high school who is the same way about veggies, can't eat them. Says it's like a straight person being forced gay. That's too bad because the body can usually adjust and accept healthy foods.

Top nutrient foods, Kale and Brussel Sprouts are good.

When I was eating meat, was over weight, needed high blood pressure and cholesterol meds. Now that I went nutritarian, don't need any meds, just vitamins D3, B12, and Iron.
